What is your experience in real estate and what led you to be a part of Platform Partners?
Getting to know a lot of people in different walks of life through producing music and art festivals got me into real estate. The systems I developed to make those festivals run smooth and stress free are what kept me in real estate. I am very much a pre production person focused on getting all the ducks in a row then having fun with the process. We wanted to create a team with a coop partnership vibe to it where all parties understood that systems that create freedom in your work are what build a magnetic energy.
What do you love about Spokane and the surrounding area?
Proximity to trails, rivers, mountains and the downtown atmosphere. There have been days where I have been mountain biking at Beacon, paddle boarded the Spokane River and skated to a show downtown all after 3pm.
What do you do when you aren’t working in real estate?
Laughing and adventuring with my daughter Lumen.
What is your experience in real estate and what led you to be a part of Platform Partners?
I work with buyers, sellers, and investors. I love getting to know my clients and advocating for them every step of the way. I’ve been with Platform Partners since 2020.
What do you love about Spokane and the surrounding area?
I love that Spokane is big enough to have the amenities I want, but small enough that I can make an impact in my community. I also love the four seasons and the beautiful natural areas.
What do you do when you aren’t closing deals?
I like to be outdoors as much as possible hiking, paddling, gardening, and going to community events. I also love sharing a home cooked meal with friends and family.
What is your experience in real estate and what led you to be a part of Platform Partners?
I teamed up with Platform Partners for my love of goal setting and history of business ownership, social work and hospitality. I also previously worked with Patrick for many years on Terrain and I knew that our compatible working relationship would carry over into Real Estate. I also want to work with the best, most knowledgeable people who are also super fun to work with and I got it! Patrick, Jon, Hank and Joy are awesome, smart, fun and interesting people and I feel real lucky.
What do you love about Spokane and the surrounding area?
I love the commitment that this community has to making Spokane a great place to live. So much has happened in this city over the past 20 years and I only see it getting better. No small town anymore but it still feels that way!
What do you do when you aren’t closing deals?
Hanging out with my daughter and husband. I love to get outdoors, bike riding, hiking, swimming, going out to eat at our amazing restaurants and catching up with my girlfriends — I truly love taking advantage of the beauty and activities of our area.

Real estate is in Tim’s DNA. Both his parents have been in the industry for decades. His mom is an escrow officer who has worked in real estate for more than 30 years. Tim’s dad is a nationally recognized and award-winning contractor in commercial and residential properties. Integrity, service, attention to detail, and communication are all traits Tim has learned from his parents and what he offers his clients today.
Tim was named one of the “best anchorpersons” in the Inland Northwest by The Inlander Magazine. He was recognized for his high journalistic standards, ability to effectively communicate, and his extensive coverage of news including, the booming real estate market in the region.
Tim joined Platform Partners because of their commitment to clients. It’s more than just cliche words on a website, it’s who they are and what they do. The real approach they take in what can be a stressful experience makes buying or selling real estate a positive one. Tim experienced this firsthand with the owner, Patrick, who helped him buy his first and then his second home!
If you’re looking to invest, Tim is your guy! He operates a rental property and a short-term rental. His experience in property management was challenging at first, but he has learned a lot and wants to help his clients learn from what he wishes he knew.
What do you love about Spokane and the surrounding area?
Everything is within reach in Spokane! You get the best of both worlds. You can eat out at some of the best restaurants and be in the mountains or a lake for the next hour! Spokane offers everything a big city offers on a smaller scale. This means, no traffic, lower crime, cleaner streets, and above all MORE time to be with those you love.
What do you do when you aren’t working in real estate?
Did someone say ‘Go Cougs!’ Tim is a diehard WSU and Seattle sports fan. He has all the streaming apps on his phone, so you’ll never miss a moment if you’re with him at a showing ;). Tim is a fitness enthusiast but he also loves food and beer… that being said he keeps an active lifestyle in CrossFit and competitive weightlifting. He is also actively involved in his church as an online host, emcees events, and volunteers with local nonprofits. Tim has two beagles and loves to explore the Inland Northwest with them!
What is your experience in real estate and what led you to be a part of Platform Partners?
Since I was born and raised in Spokane, I feel as though I have a lot of knowledge and respect for this city, and how much it has grown. Real estate has always been an interest of mine and I am looking forward to helping others find their place to call home. This team shares a similar passion for the Spokane community which made the decision to join Platform Partners an easy one!
What do you love about Spokane and the surrounding area?
Spokane has a little bit of everything to offer for everyone. With plenty of restaurants and breweries around, there is a fun nightlife to be had in any corner of the city. The mountains, parks, and lakes in the area provide activities for the outdoors throughout all four seasons which is what really makes me love this city.
What do you do when you aren’t working in real estate?
You can find me enjoying the sun at Priest Lake in the summers or knee-deep in powder on Mt. Spokane or Silver in the winter!

What is your experience as a real estate agent and what lead you to be part of Platform Partners? For how long?
I have been in real estate for 20 years now. I am heavily involved with investment real estate in the Spokane area, with both my own properties and assisting clients in finding their own investments. I have owned and operated my own firm that included property management. In 2019, I decided that running the company took too much of my focus and passion away from living life. Patrick and I decided to create a team instead, bringing people in from all walks of life that work together for the common purpose of serving our community.

The four true seasons that we get to experience.
What do you do when you aren’t closing deals?
Mostly spending time with my wife and 4 kids (including twin 4 year old boys). We love to travel and I am a die hard Seahawks’ fan.
